It consists of 3 connected rooms totaling 155 m2 with 3 big windows and 2 street entrances with facilities (toilets, storage, cloakroom, preparation area), and one separate room of 32 m2 approved as a retail space, which has its own street entrance and can be easily connected by internal doors with the restaurant if desired. It is also possible, by agreement, to use a part of the sidewalk for a small outdoor garden.
Currently, the restaurant has been in use for many years and needs some reconstruction, which the new Tenant can undertake according to their own needs. By agreement with the property owner, a financial contribution to any modifications that will enhance the quality of the premises can be discussed. The required rent is 205,000 CZK/month + VAT. Prepayments for services amount to 184 CZK/m2 + electricity, which the Tenant will transfer to their name. The premises are not equipped with any fixtures.
