We offer for rent office space with an area of 20 m², located on the 1st floor of an administrative building in the Industra area, near the highway exit towards Prague.
Access to the floor is possible via a staircase. On the floor, tenants have access to a shared kitchenette and separate ladies' and gentlemen's toilets.
Parking is possible directly in the area, for a fee of 1 000 CZK/month for one parking space (availability by arrangement). Short-term parking is possible in front of the gatehouse, but it is not intended for long-term overnight parking. Preferred tenants are VAT payers.
Service fees are according to the budget key, which is part of the contract.
Note on the price: electricity 5 CZK/m2/month (however, each office has its electricity meter), heating approx. 25 CZK/m2/month, water + sewage approx. 500 CZK / person / month.
