approximate figure based on current consumption, the actual amount depends on
the selected supplier and the way the apartment is used. The tenant pays the
local waste fee himself.
The approximate monthly housing costs are therefore approximately CZK 20,700
including rent.
When signing the rental agreement, a refundable deposit of one month's rent,
i.e. CZK 15,990, is paid. The commission for mediation and related services is
one month's rent, i.e. CZK 15,990.
