The flooring is PVC, with new windows in the living room, and new security entrance doors. There is a family atmosphere in the building. Pets are allowed based on individual agreement.

The rental price is set by the owner at 22,000 CZK. A monthly advance payment for water consumption, heating, and building costs, such as elevator, building cleaning, waste, and building lighting, etc., is charged at 5,000 CZK (for 3 persons). The actual costs are reconciled annually.
Electricity in the apartment (approximately 1,500 CZK/month) and gas (FOR COOKING – approximately 500 CZK/month) will be transferred to the tenant, who will pay the suppliers directly.

The refundable deposit is equivalent to one month's rent, i.e., 22,000 CZK. The tenant is required to obtain household insurance and liability insurance for damages caused by the tenant (the typical cost for insurance companies is about 2,500 CZK/year).
The owner prefers applicants who wish to stay in the apartment for a minimum of 1 year or longer. The rental agreement will be signed for 1 year. In case of mutual satisfaction, it will be extended.

Monthly costs for the apartment: 22,000 – rent, fees to the owners' association + 5,000 / 3 persons (water, heating, waste) + approximately 2,000 CZK energy deposits: electricity and gas billed directly to suppliers.
Upon signing the rental agreement, the energy deposit in the building is 5,000 CZK, 1 rent payment of 22,000 CZK, and a deposit of 22,000 CZK.
