Furnished rooms are located in shared flats after reconstruction of the size (5+1, 6+1, 3+1, 7+1) in the desired location of Prague 2 - Nové město, close to the center and the I.P. Pavlova (metro red route C), Wenceslas Square, náměstí Míru (green line A) and Karlovo náměstí. There is an elevator in the house.
Bright private rooms with a size of 11 - 13.5 m2 are equipped with a pull-out bed with storage drawers with 2x mattresses (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm = width 160 cm), bedding, bed linen, a desk with a chair, a lamp, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, relaxing chair, curtains and other small decorations.
The apartment has a kitchen including all appliances (large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, hood, hob, microwave, basic dishes, kettle, and washer/dryer, food cupboard). The apartments have 1 or 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. Some rooms of other categories also have private bathrooms in their rooms.
