The apartment consists of an entrance hallway, three generous bedrooms (two of which are separate and one interconnecting through the bathroom or second bedroom), a kitchen equipped with appliances (to be installed) with access to a balcony facing the courtyard of the building, a bathroom with shower and two separate toilets with access from the hallway.
The apartment is rented unfurnished.
Utilities are 1 000 CZK per person, and electricity and gas are transferred to the tenant. The deposit is set at two monthly rents. The commission to the real estate agent is one monthly rent + VAT.
