There is an entrance hall, a spacious bathroom, an interconnecting room, a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, and a generous living room with a kitchenette. The building has an elevator. The fees are 7 650 CZK and the electricity will be transferred to the tenant.
The required refundable security deposit is two months' rent. The real estate agency commission is one month's rent + VAT.
