What you’ll be responsible for and why it matters 🔑

You’ll independently run our entire Prague operation: the warehouse, order picking and deliveries to 15 micromarkets. You’re the person who makes sure every Prague micromarket is fully stocked, fresh and in order every morning. You keep an eye on the warehouse numbers and solve problems before a customer ever notices them. 💪

Your mission (key responsibilities) 🎯

• Prague warehouse: receiving deliveries, checking them against the order and delivery note, storing goods, keeping things tidy and recording everything in the system.

• Picking & orders: creating picking lists based on sales and targets, picking orders and checking expiry dates.

• Deliveries: restocking micromarkets according to the planogram, checking price tags and equipment, removing expired goods.

• Stocktaking & write-offs: inventories of both the warehouse and the micromarkets, recording discrepancies, keeping track of expired and damaged goods.

• Customer care: resolving incidents with our Prague clients and customers – quickly and with a smile.

• The small things that make a difference: data loggers, price tags and leaflets at the micromarkets.

• Reporting: a weekly overview of stock levels, discrepancies and recurring issues.
  

Who we’re looking for 👤

• You hold a category B driving licence and know Prague like the back of your hand – you’re at home behind the wheel.

• You speak Czech at least at A2 level - enough to communicate with our customers and suppliers in everyday situations.

• You have experience in warehousing, logistics or retail; if you’ve already led a team, that’s a big plus.

• You’re independent: a problem isn’t a reason to stop; it’s a task to solve.

• You like order and numbers - an inventory discrepancy keeps you up at night.

• You’re reliable and not afraid of responsibility (material liability for the warehouse, the vehicle and entrusted items).

• Systems and apps don’t scare you.

• You stay calm and in good spirits even in the middle of chaos. 😎
