Strategic Coordination Specialist with Chinese

We are looking for a Strategic Coordination Specialist to support investment analysis, strategic planning, and coordination across the company. This role is ideal for someone with investment banking or private equity experience who wants to contribute to meaningful strategic projects in an international environment. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Main Purpose of the Role 
    • The Strategic Coordination Specialist participates in strategy planning activities, investment‑related processes, asset‑settlement processes, business coordination inside and outside the CEH Group, communication with HQ, and provides administrative support including visa documentation. 
  • Strategy a Planning 
    • Participate in collecting information and preparing the company’s strategic plans. 
  • Investment Management 
    • Carry out investment analysis to support decision‑making within strategic coordination. 
    • Participate in managing the company’s investments. 
    • Organize the evaluation and approval process for investment projects before they begin. 
    • Monitor implementation progress. 
    • Support post‑completion evaluations. 
  • Asset Settlement 
    • Participate in managing the company’s asset settlement activities. 
    • Organize evaluation, approval, and final economic assessment related to asset settlement. 
  • Business Coordination 
    • Coordinate business activities within CEH Group and with external partners. 
    • Support project cooperation between CEH Group companies and CITIC Group companies. 
  • Communication with Headquarters 
    • Facilitate communication and cooperation between HQ and CEH. 
    • Clarify and explain HQ requirements regarding regulations, guidelines, and other instructions. 
  • Visa Management 
    • Assist Chinese colleagues with preparing visa application documents. 
  • Other Tasks 
    • Carry out additional work assigned by the line manager. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Experience in investment banking or private equity 
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English - required for drafting professional investment reports. 
  • Ability to independently prepare reports in Chinese. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields 
  • Previous experience in investment management preferred.  
  • Good command of Excel for analytical work
