Senior Business Development Analyst - Licensing

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Analyst to join the global Licensing team. In this role, you will support licensing activities, negotiate usage rights for company IP, and contribute to building scalable business models. You will work closely with international colleagues across multiple regions and collaborate with the local team in Prague. This position is a maternity cover.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supports and drives a pipeline of licensing opportunities to meet strategic growth commitments
• Negotiates licensing agreements with third parties interested in using company IP, using established contract templates
• Contributes to developing and refining business models and commercial frameworks
• Conducts market, customer and channel analysis to identify whitespace and growth opportunities
• Coordinates with global stakeholders
• Ensures structured project management, documentation and consistent licensing processes

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant commercial, analytical or business‑focused role
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with numbers, financial inputs and business modeling
• Driven, goal‑oriented problem solver with curiosity and willingness to learn
• Independent, organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
• Skilled in contract negotiations using predefined templates
• English language proficiency (no additional languages needed)
