We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Project Manager to support our travel and educational tourism operations. This role focuses on logistics coordination, client management, and smooth execution of travel projects for North American clients traveling to destinations around the world.
The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and oversee projects of varying sizes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with an exceptional client experience. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing updates, managing details, and ensuring every logistical element is handled professionally.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage logistics for travel programs in multiple global destinations.
Serve as the primary English‑language contact for North American clients.
Develop and maintain project timelines and manage all associated deliverables.
Monitor progress and communicate updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Ensure all logistical arrangements, reservations, and project tasks are executed accurately.
Support internal team members with assigned tasks to ensure smooth project flow.
Qualifications
Strong background in logistics, operations, customer/client management, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with digital tools, software, and computer‑based workflows.
