About the position

We are looking for a Preschool Teacher for a full-time position in our international preschool.

At Malvína, teaching takes place in a CZ/EN tandem model, where a Czech-speaking teacher and an English-speaking teacher work closely together in the classroom. This allows children to naturally experience both languages throughout the day in a safe, warm and inspiring environment.

You will become an important part of the class team and will actively participate in planning, leading and developing the educational programme. We are looking for someone who truly loves working with children, brings joy and positive energy into the classroom and wants to build a long-term, high-quality cooperation with us.

What you will be doing

Your role will include leading and supporting the daily educational programme, preparing meaningful activities and projects, working with children individually and in groups, supporting their development, independence and confidence, and contributing to a calm, creative and joyful classroom atmosphere.

You will work closely with your tandem colleague and the wider educational team. Together, you will help create an environment where children feel seen, supported and motivated to explore, learn, create and grow.

• Relevant pedagogical education

• Experience working with preschool-aged children

• Excellent communication skills

• The ability to work well as part of a team

• Openness to feedback and willingness to grow professionally

• The confidence to share ideas and actively contribute to the educational programme

• Experience with an international educational programme, ideally Cambridge, is a strong advantage
