As a Penalty & Promo Senior Specialist, within our Finance department, you will be a process owner of these invoice payment processes – from reception and integration of the latest requests within SLAs to pay-out and reporting visibility responsibilities.

Is also accountable for the achievement of team targets related to overdue and commercial losses for specific scope (FR OFF Trade market), as well as the results of contractual service level agreements with clients, for internal and external clients' satisfaction.

What will you be doing:  

  • Own the end-to-end process of Promo invoices, as well as Penalties proforma & invoices, and monitor the deductions linked to it

  • Ensure all requests are treated within the pre-determined Service Level Agreement

  • Follow up the requests impacting the process with all implicated stakeholders: Commercial Supply, Credit & Collections, Sales Finance, Trade Investment Cell, Key Account Managers, FP&A, Procure to Pay, etc.

  • Work closely with the Finance and Credit teams to ensure the minimal impact is accounted for at each end of the month for the scope’s Commercial Loss and Overdue results

  • Ensure the accurate maintenance of the master data that touches the process (PO creation, Vendor information, Ticket Categorization, Promotion Invoice input, etc.)

  • Continuously look for improvements and automation opportunities across the process to reduce as much the lead time to pay out our customers

What you'll bring:  

  • Fluent in English + A2 French (any other European language knowledge is a plus)

  • Finance background: Graduate in Finance/Accounting/Business administration or equal job experience

  • MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a must

  • Knowledge of SAP (ERP) environment + Salesforce is preferred

  • Good communication skills (stakeholder management), analytical, attention to detail, high level of service mindset, ability to prioritize, team player

  • Ability to track and organize information data and communications efficiently to ensure issues are dealt with promptness and properly

  • Good business sense; strong (self-)organization skills; adheres to deadlines

  • Ability to proactively deep-dive any upcoming issue, providing clear root cause analysis and proposing solution to prevent future occurrence
