About Us

Smart Tips s.r.o. is building SmartInStay, a hospitality platform used by hotels and restaurants across Europe.

The platform combines multiple products across the guest journey:

  • SmartTips.io for digital tipping and feedback

  • SmartTables.io for ordering and in-room dining

  • Hospira.ai for guest communication and automation

We work with hotels in multiple countries and continue to expand.


About the Role

This role combines operations, systems management, product implementation, and basic technical oversight.

You will help build, improve, and maintain internal and client-facing systems used across our projects. This includes setting up partners in the system, structuring data, supporting rollout, improving workflows, coordinating changes, and helping turn business and client needs into working solutions.

You will work closely with sales, clients, and the internal team to ensure the system is implemented correctly, functions reliably, and continues to improve over time.


Responsibilities

Set up and manage hotels and restaurants within the SmartInStay system

Maintain and update partner data, menus, structures, settings, and operational logic

Help build and improve project structures, workflows, and feature setups across our platforms

Support implementation of new features, changes, and improvements in existing projects

Translate client, sales, and internal team feedback into clear system updates and practical changes

Assist with planning how features and processes should work before implementation

Test updates, review system behaviour, and identify inconsistencies or issues

Monitor the health and functionality of active systems and report or resolve problems

Assist with basic technical setup, including domains, DNS, website-related settings, and integrations

Communicate with clients regarding setup, feedback, and operational changes

Work closely with the sales team during onboarding and rollout

Assist with simple visual adjustments and content preparation in Illustrator or Photoshop when needed

Maintain operational oversight across active partners and support field operations when required


Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured systems and data

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish

Good understanding of how websites, e-commerce flows, and online systems work

Ability to think logically about features, workflows, and how a system should function in practice

Basic technical understanding of domains, DNS, website settings, integrations, and platform structure

Comfort working across both operational and technical tasks

Ability to communicate clearly with clients, sales, and internal team members

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn quickly

Experience with Illustrator or Photoshop is an advantage

English at a working level, Czech is a strong advantage


What We Offer

Collaboration under a freelance (trade license) agreement

Salary from 50,000 to 80,000 CZK/month depending on experience
