Duties and Responsibilities (Early Years Educator):
Implement developmentally appropriate teaching, learning and caregiving activities aligned to the relevant curriculum frameworks
Be responsive to the needs of young children
Create a secure environment for children through nurturing respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships with them
Create a quality learning environment by implementing developmentally appropriate curricula and programmes through the observation and assessment of the children's needs and developmental milestones
Forge trusting and respectful relationships and partnerships with families
Carry out the Centre's initiatives and support its collaborative efforts with the community
Document children’s learning and development through preparation of portfolios and newsletters
Experience, Qualifications and Training Requirements:
Native English speaker
Trade license required
Has a police clearance and health check
Experience in Early Years Education or its equivalent
