• Adhere to established processes and knowledge documents, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

• Manage ticket backlogs like a pro, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.

• Take part in continuous service improvement activities, from creating knowledge scripts to updating training documents.

• Collaborate closely with onsite IT technicians, fostering seamless teamwork and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both German and English, with additional languages considered a bonus.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications would be a definite plus.

• Possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.

• Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
