IB Teachers | TOK, Psychology, Economics & History

FOSTRA International is expanding its IB team and is looking for passionate teachers to join our International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP).

We are currently seeking teachers for the following subjects:

• Theory of Knowledge (TOK)

• IB Psychology

• IB Economics

• IB History

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for teachers who are passionate about their subject, able to inspire students, and enthusiastic about an approach to education based on critical thinking, discussion, independence, inquiry, and connecting knowledge to a broader context.

The ideal candidate:

• holds a university degree relevant to the subject taught,

• has an excellent command of English and is comfortable teaching fully in English,

• has experience teaching at secondary/high school level,

• encourages students to think independently, develop arguments, and work critically with sources,

• is open to modern teaching methods and an international educational environment,

• is reliable, independent, and a strong team player

Previous experience with the IB Diploma Programme is a strong advantage, but not an essential requirement. For the right candidates, we are happy to support further professional development and IB training.
