IB Coordinator / IB Teacher

We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our team on a full-time basis, combining the role of IB Coordinatorwith teaching within the IB Diploma Programme.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with the IB environment, is able to coordinate the programme from both an academic and organisational perspective, and can teach at least one of the following IB subjects:

Theory of Knowledge (TOK)
IB Psychology
IB Economics
IB History

Your role

• Coordinating and further developing the IB Diploma Programme

• Ensuring that the programme is aligned with IB standards and requirements

• Providing methodological and organisational support to IB teachers

• Coordinating key deadlines, documentation and IB-related processes

• Working closely with the school leadership and teaching team

• Communicating with the International Baccalaureate

• Teaching selected IB subjects based on your area of expertise

• Actively contributing to the development of the IB programme and international education at our school

What we are looking for

• Experience with the IB Diploma Programme

• Excellent command of English

• Experience teaching at secondary/high school level

• Ability to teach at least one of the IB subjects listed above

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Independence, reliability and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Previous experience as an IB Coordinator is an advantage
