As an HR Master Data & Payrol, you will support in managing including core HR processes as Hiring, Employee Moves, Termination, Personal Data, Org. Management and related requests or queries.
What will you be doing:
Monitoring and tracking HR master data, payroll, time management system, pension support. Help us handle urgencies and update related documentation
Assisting with entering payroll and core details in SAP EOP and Workday
Be a part of additional projects in Payroll, Master Data and continuous improvement. Support process trainings.
Supporting analysis of employee satisfaction and improvement of employee experience
Follow up the employee movements on a monthly base with the needed system updates and payments (emission; admission; permutation; maternity leave, pension)
Supporting ticket reduction initiatives and automations
Fluency in English is required, fluency in German is an advantage
We can teach you how to be successful in the role, however, an advantage would be customer-oriented work experience and SAP or Workday knowledge
Great communicator with analytical, quantitative, problem solving skills
You are focused on building strong long-term relations
