Head of the After-School Club

We are looking for someone who sees the after-school club as a place full of games, creativity, movement, and discovery.

We’re not looking for someone who simply supervises children—we’re looking for a person who can inspire them, engage them, and create an environment they look forward to coming to every day.

If you enjoy working with children, love coming up with new ideas, and use English naturally in everyday communication, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What will you do?

• Lead the after-school club in a bilingual environment.

• Plan and deliver a varied and engaging afternoon programme.

• Organise games, sports, and creative activities.

• Encourage children's independence, teamwork, and positive relationships.

• Communicate daily in both Czech and English.

• Collaborate closely with the school's teaching team.

Who are we looking for someone who:

• Has a very good command of English and is confident using it every day.

• Has a genuine passion for working with children.

• Is creative, energetic, and brings their own ideas.

• Can motivate children and involve them in meaningful activities.

• Is independent, reliable, and well-organised. Previous experience working with children is an advantage.

• Czech language is an advantage

• Working hours primarily from 12:00 pm to 5:35 pm.
