Part-Time German Language Teacher

Who We Are

Anglicko-české gymnázium AMAZON (ACGA) is a bilingual Czech-English high school located in the heart of Prague. As our school continues to grow, we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time German Language Teacher.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

• Be available to teach 8–16 lessons per week

• Hold an EU passport (or have the legal right to work in the Czech Republic)

• Have native or near-native proficiency in German

• Have a working knowledge of English (preferred)

• Be professional, reliable, and committed to high-quality teaching

• Be available to start 1 September and commit to at least one academic year

• Have previous experience teaching at the secondary (high school) level

• Have experience preparing students for German language examinations (preferred)

• Conduct lessons that build confidence in real-world speaking and strengthen the students' grammar and vocabulary skills
