Financial Analyst

Looking for a role where you don’t just report numbers, but also help explain what’s behind them and influence business decisions? Join us as a Financial Analyst for Health & Security Subscription Services and become a key partner to both regional business leaders and finance teams.

🔍 What you’ll be doing

  • Own end-to-end FP&A activities for your part of the region, with a focus on month-end close, reporting, and planning

  • Partner closely with accounting to ensure an accurate and timely close, including work in IBM TM1 (invoice tagging, deferred revenue) and validation of accruals

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather inputs such as headcount, salaries and other costs

  • Prepare clear and insightful monthly financial reports and performance summaries

  • Analyze variances vs. budget and forecast, identify key drivers, trends, and one-off items

  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including coordination of inputs and maintenance of planning models in TM1

  • Work with reporting tools (e.g., Cognos) to ensure data accuracy and consistency

  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and build a deeper understanding of business drivers

  • Actively contribute to process improvements, with a focus on standardization, efficiency, and better ways of working

✅ What we’re looking for

  • 2 + years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis

  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with large data sets

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas; VBA is a plus)

  • Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting basics

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities independently

💡 Nice to have

  • Experience in a multinational or matrix organization

  • Familiarity with tools like TM1 or Cognos

  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate numbers into business insights

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

🌍 What we offer

  • A diverse and international environment

  • Flexible working hours

  • 5 weeks of holiday + 5 personal time off days

  • Meal allowance, pension contribution, benefit card, Multisport, and more

  • Modern offices in Prague -  Anděl

  • Permanent contract with competitive compensation
