As our Export B2B Account Manager, you will play a vital role in our sales team. Your main goal will be to strengthen our presence in international markets and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with existing B2B key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and forecast sales metrics. Your responsibilities will include:
Working with existing B2B key accounts to maintain and grow relationships.
Developing the business with our private labels and public brands.
Forecasting account metrics to support business planning and decision-making.
Applying company policies to ensure compliance and consistency.
Studying sales levels of products to identify trends and opportunities.
Performing data analysis to support sales strategies.
Performing customers’ needs analysis to tailor our offerings.
Implementing customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Handling incoming requests efficiently and professionally.
Developing existing accounts to maximize their potential.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong combination of sales expertise and analytical skills. You will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. The required skills and knowledge include:
Proven experience in B2B account management, preferably in export sales.
