Královská základní škola Petrovice is accepting applicants for new English teachers for the 2026/2027 school year. Our elementary school has a strong language focus and our curriculum includes both English lessons and bilingual tandem lessons taught by native English speakers and Czech class teachers. This would be a full-time contract with approximately 22 teaching hours a week. We offer competitive salary and other benefits.
We are looking for native English speakers with teaching experience and relevant education. Knowledge of Czech is a big plus, as tandem lessons are taught in both languages. Preference will be given to those who already have a legal right to work in the Czech Republic, however all native English speakers with a passion to teach and develop are welcome to apply.
Starting Date: August 20th, 2026
