Job purpose

We are looking for Spanish speakers (English should also be fluent) and you would be the focal point for internal and external stakeholders; you’ll coordinate the end-to-end export process from European breweries to Spain. This role combines operational excellence, strategic collaboration and data-driven improvement.

Business environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Coordination: Oversee and manage daily export operations, ensuring smooth flow from Europe to Spain.

  • Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for problem solving (delivery delays, out-of-stock, product quality, documentation).

  • Customer Focus: Handle and prioritize customer requests, coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely solutions.

  • Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Data-Driven Improvement: Analyse KPIs and translate insights into improvement actions. Develop clear, actionable Power BI dashboards to communicate performance trends.

  • Continuous Improvement & Automation: Lead initiatives to enhance process efficiency and elevate the customer experience by developing and implementing macros, automation tools, and digital solutions that streamline daily operations.
