We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join an international team and provide excellent support to customers and suppliers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Handle orders, invoices, payments, and customer inquiries
- Resolve issues and ensure timely communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
- Support operational reporting and daily customer service activities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fluent English and Polish
- Fresh graduate or 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach
