Job Summary
The Conference Producer is responsible for the end-to-end planning, production, and execution of international conferences and events.
This role involves developing compelling event programs, researching industry trends, identifying and coordinating speakers, managing communication throughout the production cycle, and supporting the successful on-site delivery of each event.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong research, organizational, and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development: Research industry trends and develop compelling conference agendas that align with audience interests. Create relevant topics, session formats, and program flow to deliver engaging and valuable content.
Speaker Coordination: Identify, contact, and coordinate speakers, panelists, and moderators. Manage speaker communication and follow-ups throughout the production cycle, including introductory and follow-up online meetings.
Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
Sales Brief: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to deliver a comprehensive event briefing as the conference enters the commercialization stage.
Marketing & Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams throughout the sales cycle to support the overall success of the conference.
On-Site Execution: Moderate conferences on-site, oversee schedules, coordinate with the event team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality delivery for speakers, attendees, and sponsors.
Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, review feedback, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for future events.
Process Improvement: Continuously review production processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and attendee satisfaction.
Production Management: Work closely with the Production Manager to align on timelines, monitor speaker acquisition and progress, and ensure all aspects of event production run smoothly.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in conference production, event management, project management, or a related role is an advantage.
Skills
Strong research, project management, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.

Working Conditions
Hours: Full-time, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate international event timelines and time zones.
Environment: On-site position in Prague with international travel required for conferences and events.
