Conference Producer

Currently, we are searching for a highly motivated and talented individual with outstanding communication and research skills, whom will be responsible for the production and development of conference program which includes speaker acquisition and topic structuring.

About the Role:

• Market research and event program development

• Invitation of Speakers

• On site coordination of the event

• Briefing team members about the content of the event program

• Cooperating with the Sales, Marketing and Sponsorship teams maximize conference revenue

Requirement:

• Excellent written and spoken English (Native speaker)

• Educated to degree level

• Outstanding communication skills

• Enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Presentation skills

• Enthusiasm, willingness to learn

• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, internet research

• Experience (Minimum 2 years)
