We are looking for a Chemistry teacher who doesn’t just want to “deliver lessons,” but wants to help shape a subject that truly makes sense to students and prepares them for the world beyond school.
At our school, we are developing our curriculum for the International Baccalaureate (IB).
Chemistry plays a key role in this journey.
What you will do:
• teach Chemistry in English
• co-create and develop the subject in accordance with IB expectations
• work with motivated students who are looking for more than just passing exams
• teach in a modern way — focus on understanding, context, and experimentation
Who we are looking for:
• you have a strong understanding of Chemistry
• you are confident teaching in English
• you can explain concepts clearly and present them in an understandable way
• you are interested in IB (experience is a plus, not a requirement)
• you want to be part of a school that is actively evolving
What we offer:
• the opportunity to build “your” Chemistry, not just follow a textbook
• involvement in shaping an IB programme from the ground up
• support in further training and methodology
• a team that is engaged and forward-thinking
• competitive salary and conditions
Why this role matters:
Because Chemistry is not about memorizing formulas.
It’s about understanding the world and that’s what we want our students to truly learn.
If this resonates with you, we would love to hear from you.
