About the Position

To strengthen our growth in Germany, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to build long-term partnerships, expand our customer base, and drive sales growth in the region.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage communication with existing partners and distributors, including regular market and competitor updates.

  • Oversee new product launches and coordinate internal processes.

  • Monitor sales results and ensure timely payments.

  • Actively seek and acquire new customers, prepare offers, lead follow-ups, and arrange business meetings.

  • Negotiate contracts and business terms in cooperation with the Export Director and Legal Department.

  • Conduct detailed market research and analysis of distribution and logistics companies abroad.

  • Manage assigned regions, including turnover planning, profitability.

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, customer trainings, and other international events.

  • Prepare reports on sales results, forecasts, and activity plans (weekly, monthly, annually).

  • Support export operations: from preparing and confirming orders to coordinating transport and export documentation.

What we expect from you

  • Proven experience in business development, export, or international sales, ideally in FMCG or food industry.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal departments (Marketing, Legal, Export).

  • Analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate markets, partners, and sales performance.

  • Fluent English and German (both spoken and written). Czech is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally abroad.
