GreenPeas is looking for a dedicated and versatile Bus and Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our logistics and field operations, ensuring smooth transportation of goods and supporting on-site activities.

What You’ll Do

As a Bus and Truck Driver at GreenPeas, you will:

• Safely drive buses and trucks licenses B,CE & D transporting goods and personnel in Portugal and Denmark. (having both categories is not required)

• Assist with loading and unloading goods, including manual handling and operating a transpallet.

• Participate in field operations: scanning pallets and products, ensuring accuracy and quality control.

• Support additional tasks when not driving, such as general maintenance, fieldwork, or tractor operation (experience is a plus).

• Be flexible with working hours, including occasional extended or irregular hours to meet seasonal demands.

• Follow all safety and regulatory standards, both on the road and on-site.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid B, CE, and D driving licenses with a clean record.

• Proven experience in roles involving driving and manual labor.

• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks.

• Basic English required; Romanian language skills is an advantage.

• Tractor operation experience is a plus.

• Strong work ethic, flexibility, and willingness to take on diverse tasks.

• Excellent organization and time management skills.

• Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
