Bartender/Receptionist in the Hostel

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Safestay Prague team as a Bartender and/or Receptionist!

Position: Part-Time, Full- Time

Responsibilities:

Bartending Duties:

• Serve drinks and food to guests, ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Organize and maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.

• Host themed events like karaoke and board game nights, engaging with guests to ensure a lively atmosphere.

• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels, coordinating with management to order supplies as necessary.

Reception Duties:

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during check-in and check-out.

• Handle guest communication, both in person and through various communication channels.

• Manage reservations and payments using the Cloudbeds system (experience with this system is a significant plus).

• Oversee inventory related to reception operations.

• Offer guests local insights and recommendations, demonstrating a good knowledge of the city.

Interpersonal Skills:

We're looking for someone sociable, outgoing, and extroverted, who enjoys interacting with guests and creating a lively atmosphere. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential.

Experience:

• Previous experience in hospitality is a must.

• Knowledge of the Cloudbeds system is a big plus.
