We are currently seeking a caring, energetic, and enthusiastic English-speaking After School Club Teacher to join our after-school team.

About the Role

The After School Club Teacher will work with primary-aged students (6–12 years old) during our afternoon programme, helping to create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment after the school day ends.

Depending on the successful candidate's availability, experience, and qualifications, the position may be offered on either a part-time or full-time basis.

The role involves planning and leading a variety of activities that encourage creativity, teamwork, physical activity, and personal development. Activities may include:

• Arts and crafts

• Sports and outdoor games

• Science and STEM activities

• Drama and creative play

• Music and movement activities

• Homework support

• Educational games and group projects

Additional classroom support or substitute teaching opportunities may be available for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students during the after-school programme

• Plan and deliver engaging activities for children aged 6–12

• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment

• Encourage positive behaviour and strong social skills

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents when needed

• Assist with the organisation of materials, supplies, and programme resources

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a native speaker or fluent speaker of English

• Have experience working with children aged 6–12

• Be confident managing groups of children independently

• Have a creative, proactive, and energetic approach

• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

• Be organised, reliable, and flexible

• Have experience planning activities, clubs, camps, or educational programmes

• Hold relevant childcare, education, or teaching qualifications (preferred but not essential)
