I had a huge amount of Czech bureaucracy to deal with after moving away from Czech Republic and then back again within a year. Hany and her colleague Veronika made everything so easy and stress free. Great experience working with Hany! They went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me cancel my trade license from abroad. Really great at communicating in a very timely fashion. They explained everything clear and concise and we were able to do everything over a single email thread. As an expat, I'd use TOP VISA again and again, if to just save me the headache of dealing with Czech administration.
