10 years ago we started this Original Indian Tandoor restaurant in Prague with the intention of bringing authentic Indian cuisine to Prague.

We not only endeavour to stay as close as possible to the original recipe but we also to cater to the original palate. Fresh ingredients make a savoury and aromatic dining experience in our restaurant.

During lunch hours (11:00 – 15:00) you can take the advantage of our unbeatably priced lunch menu, which offers a wide variety from à la carte menu at lower prices. The items of the lunch menu change every day to keep things interesting.

ne can either make reservations to dine in, call in for a pickup or have your food delivered to you.

Delivery Fee | 15 CZK per Kilometer, minimum of 50 CZK

FREE food delivery with every order equal or over 1000 CZK.

We offer all kinds of Halal meat. We look forward to your visit.

Today I had my first opportunity to eat in Tandoor - the authentic Indian restaurant. Wonderfull food experience, very friendly staff, opportunity to taste original Indian beer and even the wine together with a nice ambient Indian music creates an extraordinary experience not just for foodies. And on the top of everything - it´s very close to the Prague airport. Martin B.

I had heard good reports about Tandoor, and as I've been looking for decent, reasonably priced Indian food for a while, I was cautiously optimistic. Sadly, Tandoor turned out to be another disappointment. The vegetable pakora was extremely bland, and I don't think it was freshly made on the premises. I have to agree with the many positive reviews provided here, as well as with the sentiment that the negative reviews seem to have been provided by the restaurant's competitors. As a long time supporter of Tandoor, I don't believe it's necessary to provide another review of the food, which is the best Indian in Prague, particularly value for money-wise.
