MyPilates physio/classes
I've been quite pleased with MyPilates, essentially for the quality of the instruction, both in physiotherapy and exercise classes. I went initially for physiotherapy and found a sympatico therapist who spoke English, was sensitive and very precise in her way of correcting my posture and movement.
