They never follow up!

This has been a horrible experience. We paid them 36900 Kronas for services. We have been at this since October. They NEVER follow up or let us know what is going on. I paid for a work visa…my husband while waiting for his visa became a Czech citizen. We did all the paperwork for the citizenship.

Don't trust the reviews that are posted on this site. The owner will post reviews without your permission by creating a fake account with your name. I had asked them many years ago to remove the review with my name, but they still haven't.

I am very happy with the service provided - getting a biometric ID card. Both Jan and Daria made the process straightforward, met me in person and I was seen to quickly. I cannot imagine trying to attempt this alone so thank you again!
