Konečná & Šafář, Attorneys at Law, is a distinguished Czech and Slovak law firm established by merger of two independent law firms in existence since 2000, which specializes in providing legal counselling to both foreign and domestic clients with business activities in the Czech and Slovak Republics. In order to maintain high standards of services, we specialize in specific fields of legal practice where our lawyers have obtained the relevant professional skills and experience (mergers and acquisitions, project financing and restructuring, real estate law, intellectual property law, labour law, litigation and tax matters), while our lawyers naturally maintain also broader understanding of and necessary erudition in all related fields of legal practice.
Our law firm has 9 senior lawyers and 13 junior associates who, thanks to their skills and education, represent a unique combination of international experience and familiarity with local legal situation.
The head office of the firm is located in Prague while the Bratislava branch office benefits from close cooperation with the Prague head office. Some of our lawyers are admitted as legal counsels under both jurisdictions and the administration of both offices is appropriately coordinated to allow mutual cooperation on joint projects.
