I would highly recommend Joe. My laptop was literally "dead" and he was able to fix the problem very quickly. He was so professional and very trustworthy. I am so happy now to have my laptop fixed. Joe really knows his way around computers.

Surface Pro battery replacement

Where others were too afraid to try, Joe quickly replaced my Surface's battery. I've had my Surface Pro 4 for 5 years now and recently its battery started seriously degrading and expanding to the point where the screen was popping out. I was so lucky to find Joe when my computer got stuck in a reboot loop after an unsuccessful update.
