I am working with Ondra for the last 5 months and he is great, adaptable and very good motivator. He has great sense of humour and is very professional. He's been training me and my husband, both with different goals, and we are both really happy with his service.

We have been working with Fitness Trenink since late March. The training sessions are well designed and challenging. He adapts to our physical needs and limitations. Skilled in 1 to 1 fitness as well as small group (4 ladies), we have all seen results in the 3.5 months working with Fitness Trenink. Very convenient at home fun with great results!

very professional, always on time, always happy, obviously enjoying his job as a PT, he's committed, has a degree from a top Czech University in the subject of PE so he knows what he's doing and you can feel comfortable knowing that he knows what is safe and what not. I hate exercising, but he makes it fun because of his sunny attitude and support. Highly recommended.
