Stable housekeeper

I ordered Philipino housekeeper, the lady was very nice and did all I asked her for. Now she is my stable housekeeper. If she is sick or has leave, they offer another lady, but we usually wait for our one to come next time. She is a bit slower then other housekeepers but do the job in detail.

Not professional

I ordered full time housekeeper and my only one wish was to have one lady, not see different person every single day. Unfortunately, lady’s are not trained, very slow and the agency is not professional at all.

The worst approach ever

The cleaning lady who was sent to our house admitted she had not had any training from the company and they had not even tested her skills. We asked for someone who could cook and the only "testing" of the cooking skills was by asking the cleaning lady "can you cook?". The attitude of the office person was terrible. Slow and expensive cleaning

The company takes an order of at least 4 hours, which would be fine, but the cleaner came late, changed her clothes and started to clean 20 mins later. She only cleaned 2 bathrooms, kitchen and two small windows from one side and charged us 1.250,-CZK. I would not qualify the service as a very good one for this money.
