In a fairy-tale house, built in about 1410, on the shortest street in Prague, in the place of a formerly well-known teahouse you’ll find CLEAR HEAD Vegetarian Restaurant.

CLEAR HEAD is a non-smoking, open-kitchen vegetarian restaurant, where you won’t meet meat… and you won’t mind. It’s a place, whose “genius loci" (spirit of the place) will clear your head, sate your appetite and delight your soul. Enjoy the wonderful play of colors, tastes and smells and let your senses play with delight. We want to share with you our favorite meals which are cooked with the intent of supporting your whole body and bringing a good feeling within.

Tucked back in a quiet lane, the atmosphere is ephemeral, prices reasonable and the service excellent. Lots of vegie offerings and yummy tea.

A Czech friend took me here, and the experience was wonderful. Charmingly located on the shortest street in Prague, it is a breath of fresh air in a city with smoke-filled cafes and aloof waiters. That being said, the atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the wait staff was attentive and hospitable, thought still extremely apologetic and humble as all Czechs are.
