I've attended several Alina's workshops. Workshops not only are useful, but also very interesting and encouraging for all the expats out there, seeking for new job opportunities. Alina always brings the good stuff. I'm telling this based on my working experience of almost 20 yrs, and during that time I've attended many workshops.
