Accenture Academy’s Skills to Succeed project, which is focused on building skills of young people from children homes to be successful in obtaining their first job, has won “The Best Socially Beneficial Project in the Czech Republic” award. Accenture won this reputable public recognition in competition with other major companies. Click here to see the whole results.

In the Czech republic, 65% of young people growing up in institutional care have an educational problems and face major challenges on the labor market. This unique project helps these young people by education, coaching and guidance to get working experience and knowledge. Until today, 70 young people from 7 children homes in the Czech Republic have been involved, vast majority obtained real temporary job experience and 10 people got job through the project. We plan to continue in this project and to increase the number of young people involved.
