Professional ACC (ICF) Coach, EN, FR, ES speaking

As a professional coach, I help people to overcome their fear of change, indecisiveness or thoughts that stop them from making progress. I employ both empathy and discretion to build on our sessions. Coaching is an effective and positive method based on well-placed questions that quickly helps you set your goals and follow all the steps that lead to them.

I am ACC – Associate Certified Coach (from the International Coach Federation, a world leader in this field). What does this mean for you?
• I have completed 83 hours of coaching training and 12 hours of mentoring with an ACC mentor
• I have more than 100 hours of experience with clients under the supervision of a qualified ACC mentor
• Upon agreement with the client, the recording of coaching and coaching style was approved by the International Coach Federation
• I have successfully passed a 3-hour knowledge test on the topic of professional work with clients (basics of coaching, conflict of interest, professional behaviour towards clients, confidentiality/privacy and further education of coaching)
• I am working according to the ICF Code of Ethics found on https://coachfederation.org/code-of-ethics, which sets out common standards for coaching around the world. For you, this means that I abide by the highest standards of coaching – for example, I adhere to the confidentiality rule and inform clients if I can not comply with this rule (in the case of illegal activity, valid court orders or summons, imminent risk of threat to yourself or others, etc.)

I coach personally in Prague or anywhere via Skype. Our meetings can be held in English, French or Spanish.
