The property consists mainly of two principal buildings – house no. 20 and house no. 19. The sale also includes an additional built-up plot with a structure intended for demolition.
Building no. 20 has a total floor area of 197 m², including the garage. The building underwent partial renovation in 2013 and is currently occupied. The habitable part is located on the second above-ground floor, accessible by stairs from the main entrance. The upper residential unit has an area of 106 m². This part also provides access to the attic, which is mainly used as storage space.
