We are transferring an existing grocery store in Prague, Michelská street, building overlooking the main street, new building in operation from 01.2023, premises in operation from 06.2023, ideally with all equipment for operation, price negotiable, detailed information and photos from the completion process we can provide by agreement.
Most of the equipment is 8 months old, some equipment was purchased second hand (but no one buys new), for example, a large Harrier display case, a new one costs approximately 360+ thousand, a market one costs 180+ ten for the necessary service for carefree functionality.
Three-door refrigerator (show-case) 1x, two-door refrigerator (show-case) 1x, freezer (show-case) 1x, water refrigerator 2x, refrigerator for warehouse supplies 1x, other refrigerators and freezers (labeled) from suppliers - we will draw up a census of equipment, shelving system throughout store + two spare ones in the warehouse, a complete wooden set made of solid wood as a cash register area - 2 tables, a set of shelves of 3 shelves behind the cash register (one in the warehouse, instead a shelf for cigarettes from the supplier), a separate shelf for baking, a set of 5 shelves behind the parcel checkout, kitchen - oven from supplier + large freezer in the background, office, new computer kit with cash register computer system, cash register, weight scanner, 2x hand scanner, everything shown in the photos will be part of the transfer.
Utilities are about 8 thousand (water, heating, trash can - the cost for this is small, for example, in winter you dont need to heat the room, refrigerators warm up well - so overpayments are expected). We are reassigning because we are moving outside the Czech Republic and we no longer have time to do business. There are schools and offices nearby, of course, and apartments; the building in which the premises are located is home to a more mobile clientele. The transfer price is 1.5 excluding VAT, the initial investment is approximately 2.2 - 2.5, we dont really know the details, 2 thousand here, 5 or 10 thousand there. A new tenant has the opportunity to start on their own within a week, this is something that cannot be assessed financially, no construction, approvals, etc., everything is already there, no waiting = priceless.
The compensation amount of 1 500 000 CZK includes all equipment (see photos).
