We are pleased to offer you a unique property - *** Hotel Pod zámkem in the centre of Boskovice, which is part of the castle complex.
The building of today's guesthouse was built as a ground floor building by Jan Leopold Count of Dietrichstein in 1756. Originally, it housed a manor hospital for 12 poor people. In 1857, Alfons Friedrich Count Mensdorff-Pouilly called the Sisters of the Congregation of St. Vincent de Paul from Graz to care for the sick and to run a girls' school. In 1880 a kindergarten was also established here. In 1878 the building was extended by one floor to its present form. For the last 10 years, after being returned to the Mensdorff-Pouilly family, the building was used for commercial purposes.
In 2003, it underwent extensive renovation and was converted into a hotel with a total capacity of 47 beds (single and double rooms, which can also be used as family rooms). There is also a spacious conference hall with its own facilities. In recent years, the restaurant area, which offers a magnificent view of the whole area and can be completely opened, has been completely rebuilt at great expense. There is a high quality kitchen which is connected by a dining lift to the basement area which offers many uses and can be used, like the restaurant, separately, which is one of the many advantages of this beautiful property - it offers a wide range of uses in separate operations. There is a loft on the 3rd floor which offers further extension. Parking is available directly in front of the building in its own car park. Boskovice is a quiet town with all public amenities, 30 minutes from Brno (50km from the airport Brno - Tuřany).
The property is free of any legal defects and is in absolutely perfect technical condition. The price includes all furnishings.
