The apartment with a floor area of 61.2 m2 is located on the 2nd floor of a
brick house in the village of Strážovice. The apartment has a convenient layout
with three separate rooms and is intended for reconstruction. The apartment
includes a 4 m2 cellar and a 10 m2 boiler room in the basement of the house.
The apartment is heated by a wood or coal boiler. In the living room, there is
also a Dakon 16 fireplace stove, which heats the apartment and creates a nice
atmosphere.
The apartment building is located on the outskirts of the village and there are
beautiful views of the surroundings. You have a garden for a picnic and
children can run around outside without fear. You can have your pets here, who
are welcome.
Housing costs are low. 1013 CZK is paid into the repair fund. The house has its
own water from a well or you can use the municipal water. It is heated with
wood in a boiler and the price of wood is 10,000 CZK/year.
A few meters from the house there is a bus stop, from where you can take a bus
to Strakonice or to Prague to Smíchovské nádraží. Mirotice, where all civic
amenities are located, is only 2.5 km away.
