The rooms are independently accessible from the entrance hall. Both the living room and the bedroom have a view to the west towards Norska Street. The historic art nouveau house is now undergoing a complete reconstruction with an emphasis on preserving the original elements of the interior of the common areas and building a new elevator with access to the landing at the apartments. The final design of the house aims to present ambitious and maximally representative housing corresponding to the prestige of this location.
